Talent marketing permission
When Mirai may feature talent in its own communications, and how to withdraw that permission.
Published 8 September 2026. Version 2026-09-08-1.
Guide to the current Model Agreement. This page is not a separate consent form and does not expand permission under an earlier signed agreement.
1. Where permission comes from
The current Model Agreement includes a marketing permission. Your signed version governs; this is not a separately unchecked option in the current signing flow. Earlier agreements may differ. Mirai must not infer permission where the applicable agreement or a separate consent does not grant it.
2. Permitted material and channels
Under the current agreement, Mirai may feature approved images of your likeness on its website, social accounts, press materials, and investor or partner presentations. Material must come from images you approved or licensed. Your category exclusions apply, your body must not be altered, and the use must not imply a personal testimonial or endorsement.
This does not grant a third party its own advertising rights. A customer's campaign still needs the applicable commercial licence and approvals.
3. Withdrawal
Under the current agreement, you may withdraw this permission at any time by emailing legal@mirai.inc. New marketing uses stop immediately and existing Mirai posts featuring you are removed within 14 days. Identify any posts you are concerned about so they can be located. Your signed agreement governs any different historical terms.
