Voice consent
How optional voice permission relates to participation in the talent roster.

Consent guide, not a new grant. The exact wording and timestamp recorded when you opt in control your permission. Signing the Model Agreement alone is not voice consent.
1. Your choice
Voice participation is optional. You may join the image roster without providing a voice recording or agreeing to a voice model. Permission must be given by the person whose voice is recorded; an agency, brand or account holder cannot supply another person's consent.
2. Scope
The onboarding voice permission covers the submitted voice recording and a voice model used to keep generated video of you voice-consistent, within the consent you record. It does not authorize unrelated speech, an unrestricted voice API, voice-model resale, identity authentication, political statements or endorsements. A new purpose requires a new, specific permission.
3. Processing and use
Voice inputs are personal data. The Privacy Policy describes processing and service providers. Use must stay within your recorded restrictions and applicable licensing terms. Providing an introductory recording does not itself make your voice publicly available or authorize every requested script.
4. Withdrawal and questions
To withdraw voice permission, contact legal@mirai.inc from your account email and identify the permission you want to withdraw. Mirai verifies the request and handles future use and deletion under your recorded consent and the applicable agreement. Withdrawal does not automatically undo lawful past processing. Ask for confirmation of the status of any existing licensed outputs.
