The hard problem is not generating an image. It is making sure the person in it agreed to the work, the request stayed within their terms and the licence pays them.

Models are partners
The majority of every licence fee goes to the model. The people on the roster are the supply side of the business and are treated like it, in the product, the legal stack, and the payouts code.

Work close to production
We test ideas against the live workflow and the people who use it. Quality matters in both the image and the system behind it.

Mirai is founder-led and independent. Every hire changes the company; we hire when a role is real, not to grow a headcount slide.
