Represented talent addendum
A schedule for talent represented by an agency, without replacing the individual's consent.
Published 8 September 2026. Version 2026-09-08-1.
Contract template. The model, agency and Mirai must complete and sign the applicable schedule before relying on agency-specific authority, commission or payout arrangements.
1. Authority and conflicts
Identify the model, agency legal entity, authorized representative and evidence of representation. Record the relevant territories, term, exclusivity and any limits on digital likeness licensing. The agency must disclose conflicting commitments. Representation does not by itself authorize AI generation or allow the agency to give consent in place of the model where personal consent is required.
2. Rights and approvals
The model signs the applicable Model Agreement and any necessary separate consent. The schedule identifies whether the agency receives notices or participates in commercial approvals, without removing the model's rights. Voice, endorsements, sensitive uses and statutory digital-replica consents remain separately scoped.
3. Commission and payment
State the commission rate, calculation base, who bears it, invoicing method, currency, taxes and payment recipient. Do not deduct an unstated commission from the model's share. Any change to the model's economics requires their informed written agreement and must comply with applicable fee restrictions. A bank account or agency email alone is not proof of authority to collect the model's earnings.
4. Term and changes
Record commencement, expiry, renewal and termination arrangements. Notify Mirai of changes in representation or authority promptly. Accrued payments and valid released licences follow their agreed terms; termination does not create new licensing authority. Resolve conflicts before new uses proceed. The signed schedule cannot waive non-waivable model protections.
