The consent framework
Six articles · codified in the Model Release v2026-10-12-2
The Mirai Standard.
Six articles govern how a real person’s likeness enters Mirai, how it is used, and how it leaves. Each article names the product mechanism that supports it.
Consented likeness · Licensed · Model earns on every shoot
01
Real people, on the record
Every likeness on the roster belongs to a real, identified person who signed a written agreement before their profile entered any brand workflow. Mirai does not build its roster from scraped photographs and does not present synthetic identities as talent.
Supporting mechanism · Signed agreement, versioned and recorded at signature time
02
Identity is anchored, not improvised
A standardized kit of reference photographs anchors each talent's identity. References are processed by the services needed for generation, not offered as public downloads. Any separately authorised partner access must follow the talent's specific consent and agreed data-use restrictions. Mirai does not contribute these references to a general training dataset.
Supporting mechanism · Canonical reference kit · controlled processing chain
03
Consent gates commerce
Drafts are watermarked. Digital licensing can complete only within the talent's standing written consent. Print and out-of-home follow the talent's own setting: on demand inside her rules, or her approval of the specific asset before a clean file is released.
Supporting mechanism · Server-side scope check · print and OOH follow the talent's setting
04
Rights are scoped and written down
Every licence records the approved asset, format, duration, territory, exclusivity, and the talent's restrictions as they stood at checkout. The talent keeps the underlying rights in their likeness; the brand buys a defined use, not the person.
Supporting mechanism · Licence record · restrictions snapshot captured at checkout
05
The talent is paid, every time
Standard platform licences allocate the majority of the licence fee to the talent, with earnings tracked in their account and payout onboarding through Stripe Connect. Separately negotiated campaigns follow their signed fee and payment terms, which may use a different payment route.
Supporting mechanism · Talent-majority split, fixed in platform configuration
06
Retirement is a right, not a request
Talent can revoke consent at any time. New generation stops within 72 hours, and reference materials are deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Licences already purchased run their agreed term.
Supporting mechanism · 72h generation stop · 30-day deletion
Provability
The Standard is backed by product records.
Material rights events, consent granted, approvals and rejections, licences, payments, takedowns, are written to an append-only audit ledger alongside the mutable product state. The exact agreement version a talent signed is recorded on their profile at signature time. Counsel and procurement can request the records behind a specific asset.

The documents behind the articles.
The Standard is a summary. The signed, versioned documents below govern; all of them are public.
